We're looking for an outstanding individual with excellent software development skills including: requirement gathering, object-oriented and/or data-oriented analysis and design, and business process automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and a proven track record in developing business applications from inception to deployment.

This individual will be responsible for working with clients to define and/or capture business processes and functional requirements, develop analysis and design artifacts, implement web-based applications using Model-Driven Development tools, and train and mentor clients.

Required Experience:

• 3-8 years in developing enterprise and/or business applications
• 2+ years in object-oriented or data-oriented analysis and design
• 2+ years in object-oriented or 4GL/RAD development (like with PowerBuilder, Delphi or Oracle Designer)
• 1+ years in requirement gathering
• 1+ years with iterative development, RUP, and/or eXtreme Programming
• 1+ years in UML or ER modeling
• 2+ years in Java, C++, C#, Smalltalk, PowerBuilder, Delphi, Kylix, Oracle Designer/Developer, and/or Progress
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong interpersonal, and customer interface skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment

Desired Experience:

• Experience in XML, HTML or JavaScript
• Experience in relational databases and SQL (MS SQL, mySQL, Oracle and DB2)
• Working knowledge of J2EE and Web services
• Development experience in CASE tools, and/or MDA tools
• Working Experience with Tomcat, Websphere, WebLogic and JBoss
• Experience with Linux or UNIX
• Exposure to several vertical markets and industries

Education:
