We're looking for an outstanding individual with excellent requirement gathering, OOA/OOD, and software development skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong OOA/D background and a proven track record in developing business or enterprise applications.

You will be responsible for working with clients to define and/or capture business processes and functional requirements; develop analysis and design artifacts; and implement web-based applications using Java and J2EE.

Required Experience:

• 3-8 years in developing enterprise and/or business applications
• 2+ years in Java
• 2+ years in J2EE
• 2+ years in Web development including HTML, JavaScript, and JSP
• 1+ years with Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere and/or JBoss
• 1+ years in relational database and SQL (MS-SQL, MySQL, Oracle or DB2)
• 1+ years in object-oriented analysis and design with UML
• 1+ years in requirement gathering
• 1+ years in use case analysis
• 1+ years with iterative development, RUP, and/or eXtreme Programming
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong interpersonal, and customer interface skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment

Desired Experience:

• Experience in C++, C# or Smalltalk
• Experience in XML, SOAP, Web services, and SOA
• Experience with Linux or UNIX
• Exposure to several vertical markets and industries
