| Iyad Jabri President and CEO
Mr. Jabri is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Intelliun Corporation. In addition to providing the overall strategic vision for Intelliun, Mr. Jabri is the general manager of operations and Chief Architect for The Virtual Enterprise (VE). It was Mr. Jabri's vision and foresight that successfully brought to market the concepts on which VE is based: business experts capable of capturing the business logic to deliver fully functional systems. His extensive knowledge and thought leadership is often engaged for industry events and client meetings.
Mr. Jabri founded Intelliun after 16 years of experience in advanced software engineering. Formerly with ObjectSpace, Mr. Jabri was the Chief Architect of the Voyager product line, a suite of middleware products for developing and deploying enterprise level applications. Previously, Mr. Jabri held various technical, managerial, and executive positions at NORTEL, Texas Instruments, IBS, and MCS.
Mr. Jabri holds a BS from the University of Texas at Arlington. At the age of 16, Mr. Jabri developed a bilingual, fully integrated 4GL-development environment, including a natural language source code editor, compiler, virtual machine, debugger, screen/report editor and relational database engine for the MS-DOS platform. Mr. Jabri's goal, even then, was to provide an environment that simplifies and shortens the development process of business systems. |

Ashok Nare is the Chief Technology Officer of Intelliun Corporation. He leads the company’s efforts to align Intelliun’s technology vision with its business strategy. He is responsible for developing and implementing technology initiatives within the company and fostering Intelliun’s commitment to software innovation. Additionally, he is responsible for managing product development and contributing to overall product strategy and direction.
Ashok has over 13 years of experience in the technology industry, he has been with Intelliun since 2000 and has been instrumental in the development of Intelliun’s flagship product, The Virtual Enterprise (VE). Previously, Ashok also held a variety of technical and managerial positions at Intelliun and has contributed to the progressive growth of the company.
Prior to Intelliun, Ashok held several management positions where he was responsible for leading the design, architecture and implementation of distributed, Agile, web-based business solutions at a variety of companies including CitiGroup, CGI, Object Design, and The Sabre Group.
Mr. Nare holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Venkateshwara University in India, and an MS in Industrial & Management Systems Engineering from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. |

Sal Abramo is Director of Marketing and New Product Development at Intelliun, where he is responsible for marketing operations and leading all go-to-market and marketing initiatives, including product and market development, public, press and analysts relations, web 2.0 and blog marketing, partnerships and strategic alliance management, brand marketing, eBusiness and corporate communications.
Prior to joining Intelliun, Abramo spent nearly two decades at the Hewlett-Packard Company, where he held a variety of executive and management positions in marketing, software, technical services, product development, eBusiness, CRM, advertising, market research, business intelligence and program management.
In previous, Hewlett-Packard roles his areas of responsibility have included new product incubation and new product launch, go-to-market initiative management, global brand image, marketing strategy development and planning, PR and analysts program management, advertising, media, new media/blog marketing, mobile media, web 2.0 and online marketing, interactive TV, strategic alliance management, special events and promotions, as well as ebusiness operations and customer managed activities.
