Dallas, Texas – September 23, 2008--Intelliun Corporation, a member of Object Management Group, is scheduled to present at the OMG Technical Meeting to be held in Orlando from Sept. 22 to Sept. 26 at the Hilton in Walt Disney World Resort. Senior Software Consultant at Intelliun, Christopher St. John, will be speaking on the topic of “How Model Driven Development Changes the Software Development Processes,” on Thursday, Sept. 25 at 9:10 a.m.

In his presentation, Mr. St. John will discuss how traditional software development processes can be adapted to take full advantage of Model Driven Development. How these changes affect business processes will be a significant theme throughout the discussion.

“Model Driven Development technologies, like Intelliun's The Virtual Enterprise, significantly increase developer productivity. That productivity increase must be taken into account when estimating a project schedule and staffing. For example, a team might feel confident about taking on larger projects if they're using Model Driven Development, or they might want to be significantly more aggressive about delivery dates,” Mr. St. John said.
