Scope

ACCS is a web site where law firms can manage their offices, attorneys, specialties, and client information. Each time a client engages an attorney, a case file is created and made available over the Internet to conduct discussions, manage to-do's and activities, maintain related files and documents, and establish a case calendar.

Actors
  • Administrator: is responsible for setting up ACCS and maintain basic law firm information.
  • Attorney: is responsible for creating and managing the progress of a client case.
  • Client: views case progress and communicate with attorney
